The so-called “Right to Repair” Act isn’t about fixing your car. It’s about giving insurance companies and their co-conspirators control over your vehicle’s repairs—and your personal information.
If passed, this bill would:
- Let insurance companies dictate what parts are used in your repairs
- Limit driver decisions on how and where your car gets fixed
This isn’t repair freedom. It’s a windfall for corporate interests.
Lawmakers should oppose this flawed legislation and instead pursue real solutions that protect both your repair rights and your privacy.
